お米は精米方法によって、味や栄養価が変わります。金芽米は、「均圧精米法」によって生まれた白米でもない、胚芽米でもない、胚芽の栄養分があって、白米よりもおいしいまったく新しいお米です。
As for the rice, taste and nutritive value change by a rice cleaning method. There is the nutrition of the embryo which is not the rice with germs which is not the polished rice that the money bud rice was created by "均圧精米法", and it is rice new at all which is more delicious than the polished rice.
